Shipping & Returns Policy – Patron Boots USA

At Patron Boots USA, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please review the details below regarding processing, shipping, and returns.


1. Processing & Verification

All orders are subject to payment authorization and security verification prior to shipment.

– Processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
– Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays)
– Orders flagged for additional review (such as address mismatch, high-value purchase, or fraud indicators) may require additional processing time

If additional verification is required, you will be notified by email within 24–48 hours.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Free)
– Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days (after processing)
– Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Expedited Shipping (2-Day & 3-Day)
– Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days (after verification)
– Available on qualifying orders only

Next-Day Delivery
– Estimated delivery: 1 business day (after verification)
– Available on qualifying orders only

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and order verification status.

Orders may ship in multiple packages from different locations. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.


3. Expedited, 2-Day & Next-Day Shipping Conditions

To qualify for expedited or next-day shipping, orders must:

– Pass all internal security and fraud checks
– Be fully authorized and cleared for payment
– Not require manual verification or identity confirmation

All expedited (2-Day, 3-Day) and Next-Day orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an order for 2-Day or Next-Day shipping is placed during the weekend or on a holiday, it will not ship until the following business day, and the delivery timeframe begins after shipment, not at the time of purchase.

Orders that require additional review may experience delays or may not qualify for expedited or next-day shipping. If this affects your order, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.


4. Risk, Insurance & Responsibility

– Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is accepted by the carrier
– Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout

If shipping insurance is declined, Patron Boots USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

– Return shipping is covered by us
– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached

Exchanges:
To exchange for a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of abuse, excessive returns, or suspicious activity.
