Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Approved returns or exchanges must be sent to the following address:

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
A $35 flat-rate fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.
For returns, the $35 fee will be deducted from your refund
For exchanges, the $35 fee must be paid before the replacement item is shipped
There is no restocking fee.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item
In these cases, no return or exchange fee will apply.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom or special-order items
Personalized products
Personal care or beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to a $35 flat-rate exchange fee.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is:
1. Request an exchange approval
2. Submit the $35 exchange fee
3. Once received, the replacement item will be shipped
Availability is subject to stock at the time of exchange approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
The $35 flat-rate return fee will be deducted from the refund
Original outbound shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable
Refunds apply to the product price only
Items returned used, worn, damaged, or missing tags may be denied or partially refunded
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection
